Business Data Analyst

Right now, we are looking for Business Data Analyst in our data analytics team who would help us drive the organisation to use our biggest asset – data in making business decisions. I am Svajūnas Gaina and I am leading our Analytics and Data Visualization team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Your next challenge?

If you want to be a key player in the forefront of establishing our capacity to become best in class customer serving organisation, manage our day-to-day business based on data, help other colleagues to understand and get excited about data-driven decisions and work with one of the most innovative organisation in Lithuania, you are perfect for my team. You will support our whole organisation in different analytics (descriptive, predictive or even prescriptive) tasks ranging from data visualization to product development insights, you will learn the intricacies telco business – and you will be a key player in accelerating how we grow and retain our customers. Our team in Vilnius has the overall responsibility for providing organisation with a variety of analytics and analytical products, data management, customer retention activities and active organisational support on reporting and analytics. In this team of 18, your contribution will be very valuable and you will have a great opportunity to influence the work that our team and organisation is doing.

You are independent with a strong drive. Still, you are a team player that appreciate an inclusive team environment. You have worked in a matrix structure with conflicting priorities with great energy to move forward. It is great if you understand our industry, how we work and our products.
