Your responsibilities will be:
• Design: lead business design and business analysis functions on projects; identify and
engage with business-side clients early in the change project to define business
requirements; Support business case development in support of designs; assess and design
new business change processes, systems, products and services on a change project.
• Plan Change: ensure all governance, risk management, controls and compliance
requirements are considered during development of requirements and designs.
• Manage Change: develop and implement new business change processes, systems,
products and services on a change project; review the to-be business process design to
understand organization/role impacts and create role descriptions for business process roles.
• Staff Development: coach and mentor Business Design Analysts on the skills and
capabilities required by high performing change professionals; manage and provide objective feedback on Business Design Analysts during each project ‘assignment’
Requirements
Experience of organisational design, operating models, process review, feasibility studies
• Evidence of managing requirements on projects and knowledge of project lifecycles
(SDLC)
• Experience using process mapping to design business processes
• Experience of facilitating and documenting requirements gathering sessions
• Understanding of Business Analysis for Regulatory change
• Experience using business process modelling tools (Visio (UML), Blueworks, RequisitePro,
etc.)
• BCS Diploma in Business Analysis and/or ISEB foundation would be an advantage
• Confidence when dealing with ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work globally
with remote customer
• Ability to prioritise activities and manage effectively
• Very good English language skills is a must
