Business development manager

Company is expanding in European market and is looking for a Business Development professional to join the team and analyze the market, identify target customer and contribute to the growth of successful projects delivered to the clients.

• Analyze and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, competitors, products and services.
• Attract and manage projects from potential B2B clients while generating leads and prospective customers, meet with customers/clients face to face on business trips or over the phone, participate in the exhibitions.
• Ensure continuous and close cooperation with clients, providing best possible solutions.
• Contribute to the sales strategy by seeing the bigger picture and understanding the needs of possible customers and the market.
• Work closely with Project managers to ensure successful executions of the projects.

• Have successful experience in selling solutions in B2B sector, with long-term, vide scope and budget projects.
• Have experience in analyzing the market, identifying cooperation possibilities and target customer.
• Technical, engineering background gained through studies or work experience with technical products.
• Have excellent communication skills and strongly result oriented.
• Are highly responsible, have strong sense of ownership and self-discipline.
• Fluent in English language, both spoken and written.
