Customer service improvement;
Attend to customer questions, complains and concerns immediately,;
Manage of telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills;
Follow systems and procedures outlined in company manuals;
Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies;
Spending the majority of working time on the phone or e-mails.
Requirements
Fluent in English;
Bachelor or Master degree;
Outstanding verbal, written and listening skills;
Customer service experience;
Computer literacy;
Ability and willingness to have fun and enjoy your dynamic work environment;
Organizational skills;
Ability to work 2pm to 11 pm (in Kaunas office).
