Job description
The Denmark-based startup is the most successful crowdfunded company in Europe. They are striving to change the world by challenging traffic, congestion, climate change and health issues with cool, sexy, practical, and affordable electric bikes.

It is not a standard customer support specialist position but more of being an advisor. You will be a part of the key department of the fast-growing international startup. Your responsibilities will cover daily communication with customers and different company teams. Duties:
●Daily communication with customers;
●Assisting customers with specifics of bikes;
●Advising clients on the ordering process, status, and other relevant procedures;
●Working with various aspects of the product (technical, order, sales, etc.);
●Communicating with different teams (sales, finance, marketing, logistics);

Requirements
●Bachelor degree (can be final year student);
●Passion for bikes and eBikes;
●Great analytical and problem-solving skills;
●Good interpersonal and communication skills;
●Perfect English skills (verbal and written);
●The ability for shift work ( Weekdays 8:00 - 20:00, Weekends 12:00 - 18:00);
