• Analyze and review the reconciliation of all accounts.
• Monthly closings.
• Maintain the balance sheet.
• Budget formation.
• Profit-Loss report, credit policy.
• Oversight of contracts and service agreements.
Specific Accountabilities:
• Enforce accounting policies and procedures.
• Forecasting and budget formation with GM.
• Ensure proper tax filing.
• Oversight of payroll process.
• Ensure departments provide expenses and accruals to accounting on time.
• Monitor labor and operational expenses.
• Assist in additional tasks/projects as needed.
• Establish and maintain accounting department operating procedures.
• Supervise, direct, coordinate, manage accounting staff in order to provide high standard of internal support.
• Be flexible in performance of duties; demonstrate ability to react/deal with short-term or unplanned situations in a professional manner without loss of efficiency.
• Develop team and individual skills to ensure performance to the highest possible level.
• Ensure that all financial and accounting systems are kept up to the date with accurate information and in full compliance with internal reporting requirements and local tax regulations.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Business degree or equivalent.
• Fluent professional English.
• Experience in a related position.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced Excel user with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Navision highly desirable.
