Description:
•Assist HR team in provision of corporate HR documentation regarding processes, procedures and internal rules ensuring compliance with labor Law changes
•Prepare and draft legal internal documents, making reviews and suggestions for changes
•Co-ordinate with HR and partners in order to gather information and/or documentation required to be amended and aligned with coming changes
•Draft consolidated summaries of internal policies and procedures to be communicated to employees
•Data input and maintenance of project plan
Requirements
Skills required:
•Have very good communication skills of both written and spoken in English
•Be a meticulous, proactive and attentive to details team player with open- minded business understanding
•Specialization in Labor Law would be strong advantage
•Administrative skills
•Have a degree in Law or related discipline or be a law student
