Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding;
  • Proactively connect with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
  • Participate in various recruitment initiatives as well as other HR-related projects;
  • Coordinate contract changes and ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties;
  • Support training planning (soft skills and technical);
  • Assist with employee relations and feedback culture;
  • Organize internal events and contribute to employer branding;
  • Conduct local salary market research and support HR operations.

Requirements

  • Have at least one year of HR experience;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good understanding of local labor market and HR practices;
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism;
  • Experience in recruitment and HR coordination;
  • Fluent in local language and English;
