HR Specialist

Job Description

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day HR operations related to crew recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding;
Proactively connect with potential candidates through social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
Participate in various recruitment initiatives as well as other HR-related projects;
Coordinate contract changes and ensure timely, clear communication between all involved parties;
Support training planning (soft skills and technical);
Assist with employee relations and feedback culture;
Organize internal events and contribute to employer branding;
Conduct local salary market research and support HR operations.
