Job Description
- Be central point of contact for IT TSA provider and Inchcape business for issue solving
- Develop and own the delivery of the project plan within the overall Integration project.
- Manage in-country resources (including developing the team if necessary), local deliverables and local activities during the migration period.
- Together with European IT Director develop the best support model for migrated systems (additional support personnel)
- Manage delivery of any local suppliers and Modus Group IT Services, ensuring suppliers are held to account and SLA’s are met.
- Implement best practice approach, standard solutions where applicable.
- Make sure that migration process will be nondisruptive for business.
- Manage communication with all functions and the local BMW LT Management team on areas impacted by the projects.
- Proactively resolve project roadblocks including dealing with business process; system; data and finance issues.
- Ensures continuous monitoring and management of local project team issues and risks. Escalate swiftly as appropriate.
- Record and apply lessons learned, continuously improving the project plan making for more efficient future deployments.
Requirements
- Able to interact with various levels of management including the Country Executive Team
- Experience of ERP, CRM implementations or migrations in organization
- Experience of managing business integration projects from an IT perspective.
- Has demonstrated the ability to work autonomously and deliver projects with high level guidance without needing detailed daily/weekly supervision.
- Experienced Project Manager with international experience (preferred) having managed application implementation projects with internal/external resources.
- Excellent English and local language skills.
- Structured, organized and action oriented, someone who can take the initiative and quickly prioritize to deliver outcomes.
