General administrative support
Contribute to creating a good work environment
Support Country Manager in administrative activates
Support HR Partner in Recruitment, On-boarding, Events Organization, Health and Safety compliance implementation.
Serves as the go-to-person for office inquiries
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Greet persons entering organization and direct to correct destination
Deal with queries from outside the organization
Prepare letters, documents, orders and maintain documents archive
Help organizing meetings
Support invoices administration and transferring to book-keeping
Requirements
2 years or more related experience
Bachelor degree or higher
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English
Excellent collaboration skills and able to handle different people with different personalities, expectations, and demands
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Professional personal presentation
Positive attitude and a high spirit
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Maintains staff confidentiality
Highly organized and flexible
Experience in HR area and accounting would be benefit
