My name is Valdas Babravičius and I am leading the Online Sales team. We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. We are looking for a new team member, responsible for Online Content.
Your next challenge?
Your main responsibility and challenge will be to manage smooth flow of information among departments in order online content would match with ongoing activities.
Work with peers and other business units (digitalization, commerce, marketing teams) to identify customers and business needs to ensure online sales growth and splendid customer experience.

You are proactive, result oriented and always hungry for more. You have excellent project management, communication, planning and prioritizing skills.
You were successful in managing online content for multiple websites in several languages while using different CMS solutions.

- Able to work in a team with a diverse group of colleagues and managers
- Stay cool in stressful situations
Your Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing online content while using different CMS solutions in multiple languages in rapidly changing environment
- You understand what Customer journey is and know how content management makes and impact to it
- Marketing campaign for you is not a mystery and you know the importance of content for them
- Basic knowledge of SEO is familiar and you will know what can’t be skipped while managing content
- Operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
- Speak and write fluent in Lithuanian and English languages

Working in this position you will receive a base monthly salary 2280-2953 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
