To organise and control all aspects of hard (technical maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, catering) and other Facility operations;
To ensure strategic planning for growth and profitability of the business;
Budgetary control and responsibility that financial targets of departments are met;
To develop and train a highly motivated team (direct reports – department managers and facility managers) who put our customers first and deliver the contractual requirements;
Manage client interactions and maintain stakeholder relationship across small and medium accounts;
To prepare financial and operational monthly reports of business performance and activity;
To assess training needs by applying the appraisals procedure and to build a succession plan within departments;
To ensure consistent standards of service through the effective recruitment, selection and training of all staff complying with contract procedures;
To ensure that nominated suppliers are being used to provide the relevant supplies;
Commitment and compliance to the related requirements as dictated by local law, requirements of local governing bodies and Customer and ISS policies;
Constantly look for innovations and newest trends in the market, analyze customers needs and choose the best suited solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in services industry;
Proven track of record of successfully managed and implemented service standardization projects;
Previous 3-5 years’ work experience in managing teams;
Strong customer and client focus;
Experience of working with P&L: interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions;
Open to listening, understanding and implementing new ideas, concepts and practices;
Excellent communication skills, both in Lithuanian and in English;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
Driving license.
