Being responsible for the smooth operation of the Lithuanian People and Culture team;
Owning the complete cycle of people`s professional journey in the Company (including employer branding, talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, development, career management, rewards etc);
Developing and implementing People and Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Providing expertise and guidance on HR matters and ensuring compliance;
Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
Leading and developing a small team of People and Culture professionals;
Managing and developing compensation and benefits program;
Nurture a positive working environment and high engagement.
Requirements
Proven work experience (at least five years) as an HR business partner;
People-oriented and result-driven;
Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills;
Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player with a high hands-on approach, strong ownership and can-do attitude;
Excellent written and verbal English skills;
Advanced skills in MS Excel and analytical thinking;
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
