The Practice Management Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for performing various reconciliations for multiple Practice Management clients and for other data entry tasks that will be assigned by manager. The candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter and have good English skills. The role will report to Accounting Manager.
• Bank reconciliations for multiple clients;
• Different data sources reconciliations;
• HR and Payroll register reconciliation;
• Communicate differences on bank reconciliations and resolve when appropriate;
• Reconcile various balance sheet accounts for multiple clients;
• Configuration of macros for PPT presentation;
• Processing daily loads using macros;
Requirements
• Higher education preferably in financial field;
• Exceptional English and Lithuanian written and oral communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and professionalism;
• Skill and proficiency with common office automation software (MS Office, etc.) required.
• Must be self-motivated and enjoy multi-tasking;
• Results oriented.
