Do you have experience within the Recruitment field and you are passionate about people, discovering their ambitions and matching them with their future employers?  Then this is the challenge for you!

As a Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process and you are the main point of contact for candidates but also for your colleauge`s from our organization. No two days are the same! There is a lot of variety in activities and the interaction with candidates and colleagues makes the work dynamic. You get the freedom to organize your own agenda, to realize ideas and to do what you think is necessary to bring talents to our clients.

Is this a challenge? Certainly! That is why you also need your own vision about recruitment strategies. Which strategy do we apply when and how? It is up to you to contribute to the further professionalization and development of recruitment within 1ToDrive. You can think of target group-oriented content creation, thinking about positioning issues and optimizing processes.

Your responsabilities above that:

• Building long-term relationships with colleagues and candidates
• Building and carefully maintaining talent pools
• Maintaining different social media: Facebook, website etc.
• Representing 1ToDrive during internal and external events.

You like a challenge and you have the ambition to develop yourself. Because of your drive you have an eye for the latest trends and developments within the field. The experience and knowledge that you bring with you ensure that you are a full discussion partner for the internal organization. With your energetic personality and persistent mentality you do not give up easily and you continue to search for the right talents.

Above that you:

• Speak good Lithuanian and English languages
• Have proven experience as a Recruiter
• Are willing to travell to the Netherlands 2-3 times in a year.
