• Actively search for new customers and make cold calls
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Listen to customer requirements and appropriately present our service
• Arrange meetings with potential customers or prospects
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
• Gather market and customer information
• Create detailed proposal documents
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive/Representative or relevant role
• Work experience in a call-center environment would be considered as an advantage
• Strong ability to manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening and problem solving skills
• Extremely detail oriented with strong ability to adapt and work under pressure
• A driving licence.
