Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Baltic countries and Poland to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs and industry applications
Collaborate closely with the internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across the assigned region
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
Fluency in English and Lithuanian – both written and spoken
Knowledge in industrial filtration and HVAC systems is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Polish would be a significant advantage
