Job Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Baltic countries and Poland to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on client needs and industry applications
  • Collaborate closely with the internal technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across the assigned region

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian – both written and spoken
  • Knowledge in industrial filtration and HVAC systems is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Polish would be a significant advantage
