Job Description
- General accounting and bookkeeping according to local GAAP and IFRS accounting requirements;
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations in FIMA Lithuania;
- Maintain accounting controls by establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, principles and procedures in all FIMA group companies;
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports;
- Fima group companies quarterly consolidation according to IFRS
- Team management by setting clear goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior accountant of which 1+ years as a team leader or supervisor preferably from a Shared Service Center/ International environment;
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations, as well as risk management;
- Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Strong English language skills.
