Job Description
Senior Business Analyst will contribute to the analysis and implementation of a new planning solution. Our daily commitments consist of problem identification and possible solution development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the problem, analyze and compare each solution, provide recommendations for improvement and possible solutions;
- Perform operational reporting and data analysis;
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders to gather information and requirements (meetings, interviews and observations);
- Provide subject matter consultations to stakeholders in business and IT, manage their expectations and support delivery of requirements;
- Challenge business needs and requirements - align them to IT capabilities and ensure continuous communication;
- Collaborate with software development team: prepare functional specifications;
- Contribute to testing and documentation processes, lead user trainings;
- Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to process large amount of data (experience with SQL would be an advantage);
- Great stakeholder and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience and track record of successful system analysis, data gathering and reporting;
- Software development lifecycle and Agile methodology knowledge;
- English language skills: fluency in verbal and written communication, including technical writing;
- Higher education in IT, data science, financial economics, business management or relevant.
- Ability to function independently and as a team member.
