Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Job Description

Develop QA system (SOPs, documents, incoming/outgoing inspection procedures).
Define quality indicators and critical inspection points for each product/subsystem.
Audit external manufacturers and suppliers.
CAPA, NCR, RCA implementation and control as well as change management process assurance.
Functional testing definition.

Requirements

Senior-level experience in QA, ability independently establish quality systems from scratch.
Strong knowledge of electronics and electromechanics.
Experience in hardware manufacturing company (high value-added, precision electromechanical products).
Ability to work independently, take initiative and structure processes from the ground up.
