Job Description

  • Develop QA system (SOPs, documents, incoming/outgoing inspection procedures).
  • Define quality indicators and critical inspection points for each product/subsystem.
  • Audit external manufacturers and suppliers.
  • CAPA, NCR, RCA implementation and control as well as change management process assurance.
  • Functional testing definition.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in QA, ability independently establish quality systems from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics and electromechanics.
  • Experience in hardware manufacturing company (high value-added, precision electromechanical products).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and structure processes from the ground up.
