Group Services Lithuania is looking for Senior Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Operations Officer in Know Your Customer (KYC) area acting as a higher-level analyst/Quality Control and being responsible for final recommendation for approval/not approval of client. You would be responsible for performing quality control on Customer Due Diligence (CDD) files on large corporate clients of the Bank. The position offers a possibility to work with global teams in international environment. It is a key position ensuring AML requirements are met, therefore we are looking for employees with deep AML and KYC knowledge, ability to deliver high and efficient quality, while also being great team players.

Focus area:

  • Evaluate Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing risks based on various customer data
  • Collect, analyze and evaluate KYC information and other related data, as well providing recommendations
  • Collaborate with Customer Support Managers, Senior Bankers, AML Risk Managers to resolve discrepancies
  • Participate/lead development and implementation of process improvements
  • Provide insights and support for team members

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in AML compliance, Fraud,  Financial crime or similar area
  • Understanding of KYC procedures is a must
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law or similar
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing (knowledge of Latvian or Estonian language would be an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with certain level of unknown
  • Excellent customer service skills
