SEO Team Lead

Off-site SEO Team Lead will make sure that client objectives are achieved within specified timeframe. He will manage the budget and team members’ time. Team members are junior off-site SEO specialists and content manager. Specialists look for the websites which would be suitable for a given campaign, they negotiate with webmasters about placing content there, then they pass the information to content manager to get the content produced. Team lead should support, mentor and train specialists so they would meet their monthly objectives.
Also team lead is in charge for the quality of campaign delivery. He/She acts as a go-to person for website suitability, questions about SEO metrics and best practices. He/She is a final point of approval for the websites specialists can or cannot use for the campaign. This role also takes care of SEO/technical questions from the clients as well as final monthly reports for the campaigns.

Key duties:
- Manage the outreach team to ensure their SEO campaign objectives are met
- Create and roll out strategies and goals based on client requirements to maximize the value of online content marketing
- Work with clients to determine goals for SEO campaigns and their execution
- Track and report results and key metrics
- Ensure that all the specialists of SEO team are up-to-date on the latest SEO techniques

The ideal candidate will have suitable experience working within a pro-active environment, having a creative and innovative and proven approach to advanced SEO. The successful candidate will be required to lead off-site SEO outreach team, working with complex requirements.

Key requirements:
- An advanced understanding and keen interest in SEO
- Advanced link building experience and site analysis
- Experience with SemRush, Moz, Majestic SEO and understanding their key proprietary metrics
- Motivation to become a team leader with lead by example attitude
- Fluent in English – written and spoken

- Semi-flexible working hours (8-17, 9-18, 10-19, can vary by week day)
- Work from anywhere for one day per week
- Modern office in great location (Upės street, Vilnius)
- Big international accounts mainly from USA or Cyprus
- Salary from 1500 to 2000 Eur after taxes + monthly bonuses
