Take calls, put them through, register, monitor, categorize and accurately fill in all required information
Inform customers about the progression of tickets and be the link between the customer and the internal IT organization
Create and maintain knowledge items, work instructions and manuals for customers
Requirements
A proficiency level of a Independent user (B2) in English
A proficiency level of a Independent user (B2) in German
Active Directory/Exchange administration knowledge
Knowledge of Windows 10 & Office(365)
Knowledge of hardware: notebooks, desktops and android/iOS smartphones
Social, Friendly, Attentive, trustworthy and patient when talking to customers
