Interface with customers. Ensure proper and timely order handling, problems solving, information flow to the customer. Good co-operation with the customers.
Make orders handling and shipment of products on timely and accurate basis.
Supply all information for the customer, accept daily questions and participate in problems solving.
Calculate provisions, credit notes requests according to the existing pricelists, approvals and commercial conditions.
Prepare sales forecasts for Lithuanian market, ensures it’s accuracy.
Prepare sales trends and makes prognosis of the market needs.
Good knowledge of SAP system.
Requirements
University degree (Economics / Finance / Business administration or similar) education.
Work experience in Supply Chain.
Supply Chain processes, pharma industry basic knowledge (prefferable).
Excellent English language knowledge and skills (written and oral).
IT knowledge and skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP (SAP, Navision or similar).
Numerate, precise and with good analytical skills.
Ability to follow up and request.
Understands business environment and climate.
Ability to prioritize.
Ability to work on one’s own initiative and make quality decisions.
