We are an international team of specialists located in Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Estonia. Our team supports leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent needed to make us New Gen Telco. This means consulting and assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, creating and coordinating talent attraction programs, participating in Employer branding activities and building talent pools.

The main internship focus is recruitment support – you will be responsible for supporting hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team with important tasks in our HR tool - Workday system.
Your team consists of experts in Talent Acquisition, so you will gain a lot of knowledge and develop in recruitment area.
You will get the experience of working in an international company, dynamic environment and global teams.
You will also get a closer look at our business by shadowing our front-line colleagues: consultants who work in shops, call center employees and engineers.
Who are you?
- Willing to improve or gain new skills in human resources area;
- You are a positive and energetic person;
- You are fluent in English;
- You have great communication skills, are initiative, responsible, organized, and results-oriented;
- You are willing to dedicate 1-2 months for the paid internship.
