Job Description
- Daily tasks related with team management, staffing, handling logistical issues and queries, allocation of work and etc.
- Team leading by regular feedback sharing, mentoring, team buildings, trainings and other guidance required by team.
- Updating documentation and adhering to statutory audits of all processes as requested by client.
- Ensuring highest quality and process improvement by solving different issues that are raised in process and ensuring optimum resource management.
- Communication and collaboration with internal and external clients and participation in process improvement projects.
- Daily production tracking and reporting, analysis, data management and preparation of reports.
Requirements
- To be fluent in spoken and written English and Italian (C1 level).
- To have work experience in shared service or outsourcing environment.
- At least 2 years of Experience in Insurance field (P&C field will be an advantage).
- 1+ years of successful Team Management experience.
- Good analytical and delegation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and common computer literacy.
- Good communication and planning skills; customer focus and positive attitude.
- Experience of Debt management (cash collections, dispute handling, and interaction with underwriters) will be an advantage.
- Higher Education in Finance/Accounting/Insurance or related field will be an advantage.
