As our Customer Support Specialist / E-commerce Admin, you’ll be responsible for communication with customers as well as supporting the maintenance of our online store. The position entails providing relevant information to our customers regarding their orders, delivery times, product details, and any other topic related to our e-commerce store.Your day to day tasks will include:
Experience in providing customer support is a huge plus, but high motivation paired with ability to learn fast would get our attention as well.
