Requirements

Radisson Hotel Group has an extensive and
exciting existing portfolio and pipeline of projects in Europe and the Design
& Technical department is looking for a project manager to support in the
pipeline delivery, reports and existing portfolio in Central Europe. 



The Project Manager will successfully manage,
execute, complete and handover multiple design hotel projects (existing and new
building) and will give support to owning companies.



Reporting
to the Area Technical Director, she/he ensures that all projects (existing portfolio
and/or pipeline) are delivered following the internal construction control processes
(planning, budget control, design approval, implementation and reporting) and
is responsible for the
compliance and fulfillment of RHG brand standards and design guidelines.




Key
roles and responsibilities

  • Be the “Look and Feel” design guidelines
    guardian and ensure that brand standards are implemented
  • Apply strategic
    expert technical and commercial knowledge, by understanding the implications of
    design/scope decisions, in conjunction with contractual/legal obligations and
    investment levels, for both the Owning Company and RHG benefit.
  • Provide technical support to renovations of
    hotels that are currently in the portfolio
  • Prepare feasibility report, property
    improvement plans, technical reviews according to BP for Repositioning and New
    Openings providing support to BD for negotiation
  • Coordinate input from different internal
    stakeholders and implement it in the project. Actively seek for other
    department revision and approval.
  • Ensure timely completion of project within
    approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Delivery of
    high-quality project
  • Prepare pipeline reporting
  • Close collaboration with Area Engineer by
    reporting MEP progress in projects and actively seeking for his revisions and
    approval
  • Be aware of procurement strategy and apply
    requirements in projects
  • Responsible to follow-up on pending points on
    partial acceptance letters. Report to Area Technical Director on a monthly basis


















Job Requirements and qualifications:



  • Experience in construction projects as an
    architect/engineer or in project management
  • Fluent German & English
  • Accuracy of the information provided,
    verifying status and sources and clear
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Pro-active attitude in seeking for solutions
    and approval
  • Excellent sense of organization
  • Capable of functioning in a multitask routine
  • Clear eye for the relational and commercial
    aspects of your day-to-day work
  • At ease in multicultural environment
  • Minimum education: national academic
    qualifications in architecture, architectural design or technical degree
  • Minimum experience:  hotel experience, 3-5 years
