Customer management (Responsibility for defined group of customers)
Customer communication and support (Day to day, issue solving, responding to requests, requesting documents)
Preparing documents for the customers (Preparing contracts, POAs etc. for the customers)
Partners communication (Issue solving, responding to requests)
Communication with 3rd parties if needed (lawyers, bailiffs, authorities etc.)
Other E-mails handling (Tracking incoming e-mails directed to Customer Support Team address)
Sales support activities (identify opportunities with current customers, sending offers to new customers)
Call handling (handling incoming and outgoing customer calls)
Requirements
Higher education
Strong experience in a similar role
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
Excellent command of Spanish and English languages
French or Portuguese languages would be considered as a great advantage
Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
