Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail and live chat in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Provide customers with products and orders information;
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders and products
- Manage orders in internal company system;
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
- Provide suggestions and feedback for system’s improvements
- Be initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Experience in customer service - would be an advantage
- Good computer skills
- Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work from 5 P.M. to 2 A.M. (Monday to Friday)
