We are looking for our new team member to join the Containerships Customer Service team to focus on managing Containerships transportation chains.
As part of the customer service team, you play a key role in creating high-quality customer service and work in a variety of export and import customer service-related tasks. At work, you develop into an iron service professional in an international operating environment. You can coordinate customer transportation orders and demanding documents, learn how to handle dangerous goods and other special cargo shipments, investigate, and resolve transportation issues, implement and develop customer relationships, support customers in their various inquiries as a customer service representative, and learn country and port-specific rules and regulations. Tasks require daily contact with Containerships' global network and our customers.
