For servicing our various major Scandinavian clients from Vilnius, we are looking for language and IT professionals to offer top level customer support.
You will be part of a small team within the larger Service Desk team, and will be solving client issues escalated from Level 1 or directly from
customer.
You will be dealing with both incidents and service requests and get the full view of the client's infrastructure from an operational standpoint. For the right
person there will also be the possibility for other related tasks, regarding infrastructure, development and the likes. Besides getting the chance to hone
your
skills in general troubleshooting, and the specific systems of the client, the company will also support you financially when you will want to certify
yourself in
relevant technologies.
Requirements
Education:
Intermediate or better proficiency in Danish & English
Preferred Experience in:
Customer Service
General IT
Call handling
Windows XP and 7
Microsoft Office and Exchange
Active Directory
Citrix Environments
