Job Description
We are seeking exceptional individuals to help us develop a brand new product we‘re working on – Trafi X - a cutting edge concept that will change the way you see travelling within the city.
Currently we are looking for a Data Team Lead who will be managing our data team and working closely together with business, support and tech teams to expand TRAFI coverage and ensure exceptional data quality.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for information leadership, strategic decisions in the data team, and cross-team collaboration
- Launch TRAFI in new cities (currently we are expanding to Asia) and support existing ones
- Organize data collection campaigns and make sure team members have tools and knowledge to work effectively
- Manage and coordinate on-site and international teams
Requirements
- Experience in being a team lead
- Fluency in Excel and analytical mindset
- Be result driven and have attention to details
- Experience with sql, javascript or any other programming language is an advantage
