Development of Food and Beverage concepts for Restaurant, Bars and Meetings&Events Centre;
Responsibility for all activities in F&B outlets;
Forecasting and evaluating as well as follow-up of long and short-term goals;
Setting F&B business and operating profit targets, planning the budget, preparation of investment plans;
Maintaining and further development of the operational standards;
Management, motivation and organization of F&B department team, coaching and training of team members.
Requirements
Fluency (written and verbal) in Lithuanian, English and, preferably, Russian languages;
At least 3 years experience from a similar position or equivalent;
Relevant business education, preferably - University, and some international experience;
Communicating and outgoing person with strong interpersonal skills;
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, innovative and service minded personality;
Commercially focused and having a sense of responsibility for quality results.
