Job Description

Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 will bring major changes for our people management. To enable this transformation is a major request to human relations.
In this environment, you will have the opportunity to set-up a future, state-of-the-art HR work bringing forward-thinking practices like flexible work concepts, learning organization and diagnostic in daily business life.
You will assist and advise senior management on HR issues and create a trust focused partnership with internal customers developing, planning and executing innovative concepts or strategies that significantly improve or revise the way business is done.

As a Greenfield expert, your focus will be especially on:
- Ensuring the effective set up and delivery of HR services and solutions for a greenfield plant
- Setting up of a strong and effective organizational structure and standard HR organization / reporting structure to support the business success
- Ensuring a trained workforce and workplace environment at start of production
- Definition, communication and roll-out of a working time concept and shift structure considering part-time and flexi-time hours concepts to create a structure that helps our employees balance work and private life
- Employer Branding activities to attract best fit personnel and the identification and hiring concept for key personnel including state of the art diagnostic instruments
- Definition and implementation of processes for on-boarding, training and certification of personnel, considering new methods for learning – one that can adapt to the needs of a changing workforce and align closely with organizational objectives
- Definition and setting-up a Strategic Talent Management within the plant cooperating strongly with the plant organization
- The Cooperation with local government, recruiting agencies and (technical) schools / universities
- Implementing and managing a market and performance oriented compensation policy in the location
- Ensuring compliance with state / federal employment law, represent the organization to the local community

As a Strategic Partner, you will:
- Be the central point of contact for all HR responsibilities including: employer branding, recruiting, resource planning, diagnostics and onboarding, employee relations, health & safety, training and development, compensation, benefits and compliance with state/federal employment law and in line with the CEP management principles
- Contribute as a member of the management team to business strategy, operational goal setting and budgeting
- Be driving the design and implementation of Strategic Human Relations Projects in alignment with central Human Relations, taking the specific needs of the Country and the plant organization into consideration
- Lead own HR organization which includes setting vision, managing budget, allocating resources and creating global networks
- Develop, adapt and implement local HR strategy, the respective HR policies and tools in line with the business goals and strategy of HR
- Report directly to the Plant Manager

Requirements

- University degree (or equivalent), preferably in areas of Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Law or equivalent professional experience
- At least 8 years of solid HR experience in all HR related topics: employer branding, hiring / recruiting, diagnostic / selection, compensation & benefits, Talent Management, organizational development, Services & Systems, separation process, preferably in the automotive industry or other industrial manufacturing environment
- Work experience in a large international corporation and in complex / matrix organization is preferred
- Experience in setting up a greenfield production is a great asset
- A strong quality and customer- orientation, ability to foster teamwork, and possession of a strong business acumen
- Strong leadership experience in managing teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and experience in multicultural environment
- You are open-minded and actively seek opportunities to try out new ideas and situations
- You suggest or propose alternative ways to view or define problems; you are not constrained by conventional thinking and established approaches; you are building support for your big ideas within and across the organizations
- You speak fluent Lithuanian and English
