HOTEL MANAGER

- Responsible for the entire hotel department !!!
- Implementing and maintaining the company standards and budgets in the hotel department
- Managing the shop, beauty salon, and wellness department
- Managing and motivating the entire crew, particularly the management staff
- Checking, controlling and signing for all supplies and delivery notes
- Correctly handling all food & beverage stock, as well as all of the available equipment in the hotel department
- Setting up of written duty rosters for all housekeeping staff, as well as planning of stations
- Supervising all stock checks and inventories within the hotel department
- Maintaining a smooth flow of information on board and adhering to the chain of command
- Ensuring active communication with the captain, onboard management, crew and head office.

- Degree or significant related experience.
- Several years of professional experience in managing comparable departments
- Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage experience
- Fluent in English and German verbal and written communication.
