HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting HR Coordinator in delivering excellent HR Service for our employees that includes administering of employee data, coordinating candidate selection and recruitment processes, onboarding our employees and providing a range of quality human resources services which are relevant, reliable, responsive and cost effective.
• Coordinate all employment life-cycle documents (including employment contracts, holiday requests, work out leave entitlements, timesheet templates, orders and etc.).
• Maintain and keep up to date HR database.
• Administrate HR policies, procedures and forms.
• Partly supervise health and safety documentation.
• Coordinate candidate selection, recruitment processes and onboarding training in collaboration with department Team Leaders and Managers
• Work together with HR team, support HR activities and projects.
Requirements
• Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labor Code and employment legislation
• University degree or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, previous experience with Vikarina would be an advantage
• Excellent communications skills both in writing and face to face.
• Experience of HR based administration or similar
