Job Description
YOUR JOB:
Ensuring a smooth operation of all IT systems including installing and configuring software and hardware in our worldwide stores
Maintenance, development and support of POS-systems including peripheral devices, telecommunication systems, active network components and customer counters
Planning and organizing on-site operations (e.g. store openings, store maintenance)
Independent technical on-site support during store openings
Responsibility for daily store support via phone or on-site
Requirements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven working experience as an IT Specialist
Good knowledge of PC hardware, telecommunication and IP networks
Extended practical experience with Windows client operating systems
Willingness to travel internationally as well as a valid driver’s license
Team-oriented, good communication skills and hands-on mentality
Advanced German language skills are mandatory
