Mission and Key Responsibilities:
To ensure assistance in delivery of information security engagements to company’s customers
To work actively helping the senior consultant to deliver the final engagement and assisting senior consultants with both on-site (evidences gathering, script launch) and off-site activities
Under supervision of MC, QSA Mentor or a senior consultant, learn how to and eventually be responsible for:
Preparing
Analyses and studies case by case customer’s environment (industry, systems, market positioning, competitors)
Prepares, organizes, collects and maintains all the information needed to start an engagement
Engagement
Attends meetings and onsite assessments, supervised by the QSAM or Senior Consultant, by taking notes, understanding client expectation, business processes and the technological environment;
Analyses the gathered evidences, in collaboration with senior consultants such as: policies, script outputs
Supports the other consultants finding the best technological, software and procedural solutions, in order to provide consultancy and remediation activities to the final customer;
Learns along with QSAM or Senior Consultant how to:
o Deliver engagements to the customer;
o Establish and maintain a good relationship with the client;
o Support the customer in daily security issues (mailing, phone call, …);
o Capture new commercial opportunities;
Learns how to improve progressively the quality of the material produced in terms of: Communication; Language (English); Technicalities and standards (PCI, GDPR, ISO27001, PSD2 and others)
Reporting
Writes draft versions of reports resulting from the engagements including but not limited to: gap analysis, assessment, feasibility study, meeting minutes.
Provides regular status reports to DM, MC and QSA Mentor

Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
PCI-DSS
A-QSA certification
Fluent Lithuanian and English;
Other languages are a nice to have;
Knowledge of MS office suite
Familiarity with Linux and Microsoft environment
Governance, Risk and Compliance approach
Basic knowledge of network, system, database administration or and software development processes, ability to assess IT environments against various requirements of security frameworks
