We are searching for #business driven and motivated analyst to bring business value using insights made from marketing and especially from direct marketing campaigns analysis. Marketing campaign analyst is a key member of Customer Insight team, responsible for direct marketing campaigns targeting, measurement, constant improvement and helping business make better decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Execution of direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with Customer Value Management team members and Service Owners.
- Target groups selection for direct marketing campaigns
- Marketing campaigns measurement and searching how to reach higher efficiency of direct communication.
- Ad-hoc analytics identifying causes of customer behavior.
- Measurement of impact of different actions on customers behavior.
- Tight work together with business teams to provide needed customer data for marketing actions and #insights to make actionable business recommendations;
- Representation of data and analysis to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- University degree in Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics.
- Understanding of #statistical analysis and standard methods. Experience in data analysis area;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Analytical business driven thinking;
- You are quick to identify the patterns and relationships in the data and crave to identify and explain the reasons behind a spike or a dip in the numbers;
- Experience working with #SAS, #SQL will be an advantage;
- Knowledge in marketing, customer service, project management and offering development will be an advantage
- Communications skills required for representing data and analysis to key stakeholders;
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
