Managing recruitment processes of front line and office employees;
Administrating learning management system and implementing ISS Group projects;
Implementing and coordinating ISS Group onboarding process;
Conducting necessary trainings related to recruitment, onboarding and other relevant topics;
Taking part in reporting process and providing necessary data and insights;
Proactively suggesting new ideas to make processes more effective, to create a bigger People and Culture team value for the organization;
Administrating of HR documents;
Consulting colleagues on People and Culture queries;
Participating in other People and Culture projects.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
Very good english language knowledge (speaking/writing/reading) to check candidates language level and to comunicate with colleagues in the group;
Very good knowledge of MS Office;
Ability to act and make decisions in a fast pace environment;
Proactive, self – driven and able to see a bigger picture;
Confident in public speaking and good presentation skills;
Experience of working with HR administration programs is a plus.
