Production Test Engineer

Develop the Production Test Concept for the production line, as well as to make the Test Coverage Analysis
Implementation of Product Test Specification in the test environment
Understanding and writing codes for production and prototype Equipment
Activities which combine analytical and design knowledge with software and hardware technology, in the sense of designing, testing, implementation & modification of informatics systems which contain as main component Software
Providing support for test implementation and for dealing with test problems on the production line
Optimization of Production Test Time
Ensuring the best R&R value and the minimum slip-through value for his/her measuring processes, and to reach the highest technical availability for his/her equipment
Representing the main fire wall in the manufacturing process, qualified test technicians in shop floor
The production test steps designated by the team leader

University degree in a relevant Engineering field (i.e.: - Electronics, Computer Science, Automatics)
Experience in production engineering testing Programming / Electronics / Vision professional knowledge (Continental automotive standards)
Hardware/electronics knowledge
Basic programming knowledge
Good understanding of the production flow, especially as regards the test stations (AOI, ICT, EoL, etc.)
Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools: 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone analysis
Experience with Automotive Quality standards
Good English knowledge (writing, reading, and speaking)
Communication skills
Project management skills
