Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, work directly with senior leadership, and contribute to business transformation and internal process improvement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end project management—from identifying needs and aligning stakeholders to delivering high-quality outcomes. The role involves collaboration with various departments, including IT, Product, Legal, and Engineering, and offers a strong platform for professional development and impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality targets are met
  • Identify project stakeholders and accommodate their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project goals and success metrics
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment and engagement
  • Contribute to the development of project management best practices and knowledge sharing within and outside the PMO

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally in the technology or digital industries.
  • Knowledge and experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid).
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
