1. Maintain existing generating accounts and new accounts through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, sight inpections, entertainment).
2. To arrange appointments with key local companies / organizers and carry out face to face sales calls and organize site inspections on a daily basis (min. 20 a week).
3. To prepare daily reporting including lost or turned down business reports.
4. To set monthly and annual revenue targets for own set of accounts.
5. Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
6. Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities siutable and complimenting to the bookings.
7. To review industry trends, analyze market changes and proactively propose suggestions.
Requirements
1. Good communication skills in Lithuanian, English, Russian, verbal and written.
2. Exellent interpersonal and sales-related skills.
3. Team player.
4. Results driven.
