Job Description
• To communicate with existing clients and taking orders;
• To search new clients;
• To follow up on all sales orders;
• Keep a precise record with all important PO details (product, qty, price, delivery dates, other important information)
• To coordinate and to ensure on time execution / fulfilment of sales orders;
• To liaise with all other departments in UMC, HDV China and OEM factories in Poland used by UMC in order to ensure on time production and delivery of all UMC orders;
• Communicate and update status of all sales orders on a daily basis;
• Update on any issues related to sales orders and propose solutions for those.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrated experience as a sales coordinator;
• At least 2 years’ experience in commercial department/s;
• Superior verbal and written communication skills (also professional telephone and presentation manner);
• sound negotiation and closing sales skills;
• advanced level of English languages (in addition French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese is an advantage);
• Possibility to work and live in Slovakia.
