Site Foreman (energetics and industry)

• Planning, coordinating and overseeing works at the construction site,
• Collaborating with investors, subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating work of subcontractors,
• Reporting work progress,
• Managing materials at construction sites,
• Keeping construction documentation, as well as preparing as-built documentation,
• Participating in preparation of offers (documentation analyses, quotation requests, price calculations).

• Higher education (in a technical or construction field),
• 4 years of experience in working on an EPC contract, including 2 years of working at building construction sites,
• Mobility (business trips), flexibility,
• Very good knowledge of English (C1 level), ability to read specifications and smoothly communicate during meetings,
• Polish will be an advantage,
• Lithuanian will be an advantage,
• Knowledge of the building law, regulations and industry standards,
• Practical skills in evaluating and estimating cost of works in the construction industry,
• Knowledge of the following software: MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD,
• B category driving license will be an advantage,
• Place of work and residence in Lithuania.
