Job Description
As a Team Manager/Lead Business Analyst, You will be overall responsible for business development for Danske Bank’s intranet. You will also be managing a local distributed team of developers and infrastructure engineers.
Responsibilities
- Head business and requirements development in projects and tasks for Danske Bank’s intranet – main Portal and other subsites;
- Head management of tasks and governance of tasks and drive development team;
- Establish and maintain sitemaps;
- Establish and drive business stakeholder relationship and content ownership;
- Head Design guidelines, best practices and user experience from IT perspective in cooperation with business stakeholders;
- Perform usability tests;
- Primary responsible for roadmaps;
- Take part in strategy;
- Take part in intranet governance on tasks level and in IT Committees;
- Be local HR manager and responsible for a distributed team of developers and infrastructure engineers in Vilnius;
- Develop employees in cooperation with development manager and HR.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical & team management skills, passion for people management;
- Web experience - especially in design;
- Ability to engage with end users as well as business stakeholders on strategic level;
- Successful track record from corporate intranets (especially SharePoint);
- Ability and willingness to travel to Copenhagen occasionally;
- Good knowledge of SharePoint and ITIL processes, procedures and principles would be a strong advantage.
